一、關于大賽
Aboutthe Competition
國際大學生時尚設計盛典(以下簡稱大賽)是國內外大學生藝術設計類的專業賽事,已經成功舉辦十一屆,大賽遵循“為‘源·創’助力,為時尚發聲”的宗旨。大賽鼓勵原創,激發大學生創新思維,以創新設計引領時尚發展、以時尚理念提升設計內涵,挖掘優秀設計人才和作品,促進國內外大學生交流合作。已成為國內外影響力強、知名度高、參與度廣的大學生時尚設計品牌賽事。
第十一屆國際大學生時尚設計盛典吸引了來自歐洲、美洲、大洋洲和亞洲的15個國家1022所院校19754名大學生49898件作品參賽,共頒發9個類別386個獎項,展現了國內外大學生的設計成果,成就了藝術夢想。
2023年,第十二屆國際大學生時尚設計盛典重磅來襲,聚焦時尚藝術,凸顯傳統文化,褒獎優秀作品。本屆大賽設有6個常規賽道(時裝設計、時尚配飾、時尚圖形、時尚化妝、時尚微視頻、時尚攝影)和1個“頤和園”專項命題賽道,嘗試新科技新媒介擴展時尚設計新范式,加速新生代原創設計的推陳出新,用心用情講好文化故事,攜手力作,為“源·創”助力,為時尚發聲,共贏美好未來。
The International Student Fashion Design Gala (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is a professional competition for domestic and foreign college students in the field of art and design. It has been successfully held for eleven times. The Competition adheres to the principle of“encouraging original design, speaking for fashion creativity”, encouraging originality, stimulating college students' innovative thinking, leading the development of fashion with innovative design and upgrading design connotation with fashion concepts. It intends to identify excellent design talents and works and promote exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign college students. It has become a fashion design brand competition for college students with strong influence, high popularity and wide participation at home and abroad.
The 11th International Student Fashion Design Gala attracted 19,754 college students from 1022 colleges and universities in 15 countries in Europe, America, Oceania and Asia, bringing 49,898 works to participate and presented 386 awards in 9 categories. It shows the design achievements of college students at home and abroad, and helps them achieve artistic dreams.

六、參賽要求
(一)參賽作品整體風格時尚現代,具有較強的創新性、藝術性、時尚性,不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧視性內容,不得違反中華人民共和國法律法規的各項條款。
Entry requirements
A. The overall style of the entries should be fashionable and modern, with strong innovation, artistry and fashion. Political, pornographic, violent, discriminatory contents arenot allowed, and all submissions must follow the provisions of the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

1.時裝設計類:提交作品分為創意設計作品或成衣商業設計作品兩類,參賽作品至少3套,要求三套主題一致,報名需提交成衣的高清電子版時尚攝影片,格式JPG,數量至少3張。
a.FashionDesign
At least 3 sets of clothing are required, on an identicaltheme, either creative fashion design or ready-to-wear design. Each entry should submit at least 3 high-definition photos of their works in JPG format for registration.
2.時尚配飾類:配飾包括首飾、箱包、鞋帽三類,每位投稿者限投一類,參賽作品至少3件,要求三件作品為系列作品,報名需提交高清電子版成品攝影片,格式JPG,數量至少3張。
b. Accessories
Accessories include jewelry, bags, shoes and hats. Each entry is limited to one category of accessory, with at least three examples of the chosen accessory type required. Each entry should submit at least 3 high-definition photos of their works in JPG format for registration.
3.時尚圖形類:參賽作品至少1幅,要求圖形設計具有強烈創新性、主題性,主要應用于紡織、印刷等領域,落在絲巾、服裝、軟性材料等載體,顏色設置為CMYK格式,分辨率不低于300dpi,以jpg或tif文件格式提交。
c. Fashion Pattern
At least one set of work is required. It should be original work, related to the theme and belong to textiles, printing or other related fields, printed on carriers such as silk scarves, clothing, and soft materials.The entry should be submitted in jpg. or tif. format, and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi, with colors in CMYK format.
4.時尚化妝類:參賽作品至少1套,要求妝發設計時尚、新穎,服裝設計符合妝發設計主題,報名需提交能夠體現化妝過程的視頻,視頻在報名時請提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接,時長為3分鐘,同時提交高清電子版妝發攝影片與整體造型攝影片,格式JPG,數量至少3張。
d. Makeup
At least one set of entries is required. The makeup and hair design should be fashionable and novel, and the costume design should be in line with the makeup and hair design theme. For registration, a videowithin3minutes that reflects the makeup process must beuploaded toTencent Video and the video link should be submitted. And each entry should submit high-definitionversion of makeup and hair photography and overall styling photography of their works in JPG format for registration,and the number shall be at least 3.
5.時尚微視頻類:參賽作品至少1部,時長不超過10分鐘,題材可為劇情短片、記錄短片、動畫短片、形象宣傳片等,體現較強時代氣息,報名需提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接。
e. Micro-Film
At least one film, no more than 10 minutes in duration. Acceptable formats include, but are not limited to narrative short films, animated films, and video essays. All entries should be uploaded to Tencent video and submitted in the form of a link.
6.時尚攝影類:參賽作品至少2張,以時尚攝影、創意攝影為主,作品以JPG格式提交,單張照片不低于1000萬像素,保留EXIF信息。
f. Photography
At least two sets of photographs, either in fashion photography or creative photography, to be submitted in JPG format, at a resolution no less than 10 million pixels, retaining EXIF data.
7. 時尚家居類:限定坐臥類、收納類、椅憑類、照明類家具設計,可以是單個產品參賽,也可以是系列(組套)產品參賽,作品需要從創意、市場潛力、工藝可行性、成本等角度考慮。報名需提交高清電子版產品設計展示圖1張,包含產品效果三視圖、產品尺寸圖、色彩及材質運用說明、應用場景圖及作品詳解(200-500字作品設計說明)。另,需要提交能充分表達作品創意的整體效果圖4-10張,圖片分辨率不低于300dpi,格式JPG。
g. Fashion Home Design
Including furniture design for sitting and lying style, storage, chairs and lighting design, etc. The entries can be single products or series (sets) entries. The entries need to be considered from the perspectives of creativity, market potential,technical feasibility and production costs. For registration, one high-definitionversion of product design display image should be submitted, including three views of the product, size of product, color and materialdescription, application scenario and detailed explanation of product (200-500 words of designintroduction). In addition, it is required to submit 4-10 overall effect drawing that can fully express the creativity of the work,and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi in JPG format.
(三)以上1、2兩個類別的作品,獲獎之后會通知寄出實物作品,大賽組委會對于因獲獎郵寄到的服裝類、配飾類作品,參賽完后將寄回參賽者,視頻類、圖片類作品將不再寄回,請各自留底。
C. For the works in categoriesa andb, The organizing committee will return all entries submitted in the form of clothing or accessories to the contestants after the competition. Photographs and videos will not be returned, so contestants should retain their own copies.
(四)參賽選手請及時關注大賽官方所發出的比賽進程消息,并保持手機暢通,以便工作人員對參賽信息的傳達和溝通。
D. Participants should keep updated on official competition news by keeping their mobile phones on and functioning so that the staff can communicate necessary information.
七、版權說明
1.原創聲明。所有參賽作品必須是參賽者原創作品,建議為2021年5月1日之后作品,作品內容所涉及的版權問題由參賽者本人負責,凡涉嫌抄襲或涉及知識產權問題的參賽作品,將自動失去參賽資格;若為得獎作品,則收回已頒發獎項及獎金并公告。如造成第三者之權益損失,參賽者需自行負擔相關法律責任。
1. Original statement. All entries must be original works of the entrant. It is recommended to be works after May 1, 2021. The copyright issues involved in the content of the work are the responsibility of the entrant. All entries suspected of plagiarism or intellectual property issues will be automatically disqualified; if it is a prize-winning work, the awards and bonuses that have been awarded will be withdrawn and announced. If the loss of rights and interests of a third party is caused, the entrant shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.
2.參賽作品知識產權歸屬。所有參賽作品的知識產權歸組委會所有,設計師享有署名權,組委會享有對相應設計作品進行再設計、生產、銷售、展示、出版等商業用途的全部權益。
2.Ownership of the intellectual property rights of the entries. The intellectual property rights of all entries belong to the organizing committee, the designer has the rightof authorship, and the organizing committee has all the rights to redesign, produce, sell, display, and publish the corresponding design works for commercial purposes.
3.組委會對本賽事保留最終解釋權。

參賽選手將參賽作品高清照片、微視頻鏈接在大賽官網進行作品線上報名,并按要求填寫相關信息,提交后等待后臺審核通過。投稿時間為2021年11月10日-2023年4月10日。
2023年4月中旬、5月上旬,為初評與終評階段,將按“網絡投票+專家評審”相結合的形式評出獲獎的作品。最終獲得金、銀、銅、佳作獎的參賽選手需將作品(服裝實物、配飾實物)郵寄,郵出截止時間為2023年5月10日。

Registration and Contact Information
Participants can register by sending high-definition photos and links of micro-films to the competition official website, filling in the relevant information as required. After submitting, contestants should wait for a decision pending review. Registration will be open from November 10, 2021 to April 10, 2023.
The initial evaluation and final evaluation stage will run from Mid-April and early May 2023, during which works will be evaluated via a combination of online voting and expert review.
